Discreet packaging

Orders are intended to ship in plain outer packaging without product names or intimate-wellness wording on the exterior. Carrier labels may show the legally required sender and delivery information.

Processing and delivery

• An order confirmation is sent after an order is accepted.
• Tracking is provided when the selected service supports it.
• Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs, carrier disruption, weather, public holidays, or an incomplete address.
• Contact customer care as soon as possible if an address is incorrect. An order cannot always be changed after fulfillment begins.

International orders

Import duties, taxes, carrier handling charges, and local restrictions vary by destination. Unless checkout explicitly states otherwise, the recipient is responsible for destination charges assessed after dispatch. Customers are responsible for confirming that a product can be lawfully imported into their location.

Missing or damaged parcels

If tracking shows an unusual delay, delivery to the wrong location, or visible transit damage, keep the packaging and contact customer care promptly with the order number and relevant photos. We will review the carrier record and explain the available resolution.
