Pre-launch information required
The verified merchant legal name, registered address, company or tax identifiers, governing law, and support contact must be inserted before accepting live orders.
Eligibility and responsible use
The store and its products are intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority where they live, whichever is higher. By placing an order, a customer confirms that they meet this requirement and may lawfully purchase and import the selected products.
Product information
We aim to present accurate descriptions, images, prices, compatibility information, and availability. Screen settings and manufacturing variations can affect appearance. Intimate-wellness content is general information and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Customers should follow product instructions and seek qualified medical advice when appropriate.
Orders and payment
- Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when confirmation of acceptance or fulfillment is issued.
- An order may be declined or cancelled for suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors, payment failure, legal restrictions, or an inability to fulfill safely.
- Prices, taxes, delivery charges, discounts, and the transaction currency are shown before payment where the relevant information is available.
- Payment is processed through the payment methods presented at checkout and remains subject to the provider’s terms and authorization checks.
Accounts and security
Customers are responsible for accurate account information and for keeping credentials confidential. Notify customer care if unauthorized access is suspected. We may restrict an account to protect customers, the store, or other users.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not misuse the site, interfere with security, scrape protected content at scale, submit unlawful material, or use the service to violate another person’s rights. The LUVORA name, original photography, design, copy, and site content may not be commercially reproduced without permission, except where law allows.
Liability and mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or customer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those mandatory rights, the operator is not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, failures caused by events outside reasonable control, or misuse contrary to product instructions.
Changes
Terms may be updated when the service, law, or operating model changes. The version displayed when an order is placed governs that order unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
